Great place to eat, and the prices aren't so bad honestly. Our server was so sweet and didn't rush at all (even though we accidentally stayed past closing). The food was great! I don't even like fish, but the white fish and Brussel sprout slaw were amazing! The dining area itself is gorgeous, and the whole experience was a great way to celebrate a birthday!

We used this restaurant to host a brunch the day after our wedding. Our guests were impressed with the food and the team did a great job at making our vision come to life.

We celebrated my great uncle's 100th birthday and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience! From the entrance to the room we rented to the mimosas for the guests arriving to the very kind & courteous service we rec'd from everyone involved...this was a 5 Star dining experience. The first thing I noticed with the ambiance. The lighting was dim (but not too dim) and the atmosphere was very romantic with soft music in the background. It would definitely be a top pick of mine if someone wanted a recommendation for date night with a significant other, even if you and your date just want to grab a drink at the bar. The food was exceptional; my husband absolutely LOVES the chicken parmesan and I love the chocolate mascarpone pie (because I’m weak and I can’t skip dessert if there’s something chocolate, apparently). Everything was freshly prepared and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. Even the bread and olive oil were tasty. Five stars all around.

I had a pleasant experience. Super nice staff and even had gluten free options for my friend. The Brussels were good and Shrimp Diablo were good. Not as pricey as some of the restaurants we went to on our business trip either.

Great place that you might not consider. Kinda hidden away at the front end of Westin hotel right in wheeling on milwaukee Rd. They have several private dining area for small to medium parties and gathering. I would fully recommend it.

We came for my BD celebration. We ordered Pistachio crusted white fish, grilled trout and grilled scallops with pesto risotto. Everything was so yummy! Excellent service and delicious food! Also as a compliment from Saranello's, they gave us a Chocolate cake. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We're definitely coming back! Outstanding job, Saranello's!

Decent Pesto Pasta. Excellent Shrimp Diavlo and Linguini. Bread w/oil and cheese. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Pleasant, knowledgable and efficient server.No complaints for Lunch. We'll try dinner and hope to push 5 stars.

I was in Wheeling for work and stayed at The Westin, so Saranello's was my go to for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, the food is super fresh and they offer a lot of options. Eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, yogurt and fruit, toast, muffins, fruit, coffee and juice. It's a good spread! I also dined for dinner once and I like the bread with olive oil to start. They had quite a few dinner options as well but I ultimately went with the gnocchi al a vodka. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly, the vodka sauce was amazing. The fresh basil was a nice touch as well. The service is consistently good as well and the prices fair.
